Acupuncture
There are now certified practitioners in Acupuncture as well as Chinese medicine, throughout Australia. Acupuncture may help in certain cases to relax muscles and the nervous system- this can have positive effects on some sufferers of headaches and migraines.
Biofeedback
This approach is utilised by Neurologists, and Psychologists, and involves teaching the patient relaxation techniques.
Herbal and Mineral supplements
Naturopaths, and Homeopaths can help in this area, as well as identifying areas of insuffiency.
Psychology
Psychlogists, and Psychiatrists can help, where stress or other psychological conditions may be contributing to cases of Headache or Migraine.
